What helps us help you

For a build question: which page you were on, your browser, and roughly what the PDF is like (pages, size). Remember we never see your document - that is the whole point - so describing it is genuinely useful.

For a purchase or license question: the email address you used at checkout. Never send the key itself or your card details.
